What is Encryption
Encryption is a way to cypher information so that it could be safely transmitted over networks such as the internet. Encryption protects confidentiality of texts, accessible only by authorized entities. Encryption transforms plain texts to ciphertexts. Only those with the right cryptographic key can decipher the data back into plaintext and read it.
