Blockchain is conquering the world of fashion! Dolce and Gabbana has announced the launch of an exclusive NFT collection in collaboration with UNXD.
UNXD is a digital marketplace, the site leaders hope to become the exclusive marketplace for digital luxury and culture.
The collection from the designers will be called the Collezione Genesi, or Genesis Collection and will be presented at the end of August 28-30 in Venice. Dolce and Gabbana will hold 4 shows: Alta Moda for women, Alta Sartoria for men, and Alta Gioielleria and Alta Orologeria jewelry and watch novelties.
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana incorporated traditional elements of local artistic culture into their clothing style. All collections will be available for purchase at the UNXD auction.
The fashion house is not the first to take such a step. Already many designers participating in Paris Fashion Week have decided to use NFT. According to rumors from the fashion world, Gucci is also about to join.
